Sea almond leaves
Dried sea almond tree leaves are traditionally used in the Far East to treat aquarium water. The valuable humic acids they contain significantly reduce the germ pressure in the water. This prevents diseases and reduces the use of expensive medication. Depending on the size of the tank, add one to three leaves per month to the tank. An incipient yellowish discolouration of the water is completely natural and harmless. It is due to the humic substances dissolving. Shrimps and crayfish appreciate the leaves as a welcome addition to their diet
