Right of withdrawal
Orders which have been created and triggered by mistake or unintentionally or incorrectly can be cancelled in writing within one hour without incurring any costs (by e-mail to shop@pocerias.ch).
In case of later revocation, you will be charged a contribution towards expenses of CHF 50.
